Plum Framed Pleated Blind
PLS58K
This model of fabrics and systems has only recently started to appear on the shelves. Since sunlight causes wear and fading on regular fabrics, pleated blinds are produced from special materials. They fit perfectly onto the window after installation. When movement is not desired, they can be fixed from the bottom. They can be operated both upwards and downwards.
They are easy to install. If preferred, they can even be mounted with the adhesive type without using a single screw. They come in a wide range of options suitable for various budgets. Pleated blinds can be used in different ways. They can be operated manually with a cord system or chosen in motorized, remote-controlled versions. The advantage of the remote control is that it eliminates the effort of opening and closing each blind individually by moving all of them at once.
From a decorative perspective, they also add a unique atmosphere to interiors. There are thousands of color and pattern options. Not all windows are square or rectangular; some may be triangular, circular, or in other shapes. For such windows, specially designed angled blinds are available to provide a perfect fit.
Pleated blinds are not only used in homes but also in workplaces, hotels, hospitals and clinics, cafés, and many other establishments. Especially in offices, they have become an indispensable blind system. Another unmatched feature of pleated blinds is that they can serve both as sheers and curtains. With adjustments, they can be used as either. This provides a unique solution that resolves the incompatibility issue between sheers and curtains.
Plum Color
Plum, a shade of purple, is an eye-catching color that embodies elegance and simplicity. It does not need exaggeration since it is already attractive on its own. In home decoration, plum can be combined with white for a minimalist look. Black, a color we often prefer, also complements plum well, just as it does with other colors. However, pairing plum with black is not always preferred in interiors, as it may reduce the feeling of spaciousness. Instead, black and plum are better suited together in fashion.
This color is often considered a “winter color,” as its dark tone absorbs heat and is therefore not usually chosen for summer wear. Still, plum is actually suitable for all seasons. It is often confused with burgundy since the two are close in tone—plum can even be seen as a mix of burgundy and purple.
After black, one of the most flattering matches for plum is forest green (sometimes called frog green). However, when combining, care should be taken to avoid clashing colors—green should be used sparingly, only as an accent. The same applies to black. Otherwise, plum may lose its role as the standout, star color.
