The aluminum Venetian blind is made from durable top casing coated with electrostatic powder paint, with ladder cords passing through it. The slats, which are 23 microns thick and oval-shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine, can be manufactured in 16 mm or 25 mm widths upon request. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint is attached at the lower end. A control mechanism, called a “duck,” is installed in the top casing to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod of adjustable length, depending on the blind height, is attached to the control mechanism. Using this rod, you can adjust the angle of your blind and control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism to raise and lower the blind. The cords passing through this lock allow the blind to be collected or released. When choosing the control direction, you decide whether the control and locking mechanisms are on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised and could obstruct doors or windows.
