The aluminum Venetian blind is made from aluminum slats, 16 mm or 25 mm wide according to preference, with a thickness of 23 microns, shaped by a fully automatic blind machine. The slats are coated with electrostatic powder paint on a sturdy top rail. For smoother alignment, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint is attached. A control mechanism, called the “duck,” is installed on the top rail to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod of adjustable length is connected to the control mechanism, allowing you to direct the slats and adjust the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed alongside the control mechanism to raise or lower the blind using cords. When choosing the control side, consider whether the mechanisms will be on the right or left when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, which may interfere with doors or windows.
