The aluminum Venetian blind is made from 23-micron thick aluminum slats, coated in blue using electrostatic powder paint. It is manufactured by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine, which gives the slats an oval shape. Customers can choose between 16 mm and 25 mm slat widths. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel, also coated with electrostatic powder paint, is attached.

A control mechanism called the “duck” is installed in the top casing to operate the Venetian blind. A polycarbonate rod, adjusted according to the height of the blind, is attached to this control mechanism. Using the rod, you can adjust the angle of the slats to control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a lock mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism, which allows the blind to be raised or lowered. The cords passing through the lock mechanism enable the blind to move up and down smoothly. When choosing the control side, you determine whether the control and lock mechanisms are on the right or left side, as the rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, which may obstruct doors or windows.
