The aluminum Venetian blind is made from durable aluminum slats, painted with electrostatic powder coating. The slats, available in 16 mm and 25 mm widths, are shaped by a fully automatic blind machine, producing a thickness of 23 microns. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder is attached at the lower edge.

A control mechanism called the “duck” is installed in the top rail to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod of appropriate length, depending on the blind’s height, is attached to this mechanism. Using the tilt rod, you can adjust the direction of the slats and control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control to allow the blind to be raised or lowered. The cords passing through the locking mechanism handle the upward and downward movement of the blind.

When choosing the control direction, determine whether the control and lock mechanism should be on the right or left side when facing the blind. This ensures that when the blind is raised, the tilt rod and cords do not obstruct doors or windows.
