All our blinds, including the mechanism systems and slats, come with a three-year warranty from the invoice date. When purchased, the package includes your TRU115K TruWood Venetian blind, installation brackets, and a valance made from the same wood to aesthetically cover the top casing.

Pricing:

The TruWood-like Venetian blinds are priced either as custom-sized or ready-made products. Custom pricing is almost the same worldwide. The width is taken in multiples of 10 cm. You provide the exact measurement, but when calculating, the width is rounded to the nearest multiple of 10 cm. The height is also rounded to the nearest 10 cm. The area in square meters (width × height) is then multiplied by the price.

Warranty:

We provide a 3-year warranty on all our quality products for full peace of mind. Simply put, if any mechanical component fails within 3 years of production, we repair or replace it. Extended warranty is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective components or parts, and replacements will be similar or equivalent. Without an RMA (return authorization number) provided by our customer service, goods will not be accepted.
