The aluminum Venetian blind is painted in Carnation color using electrostatic powder coating. It is made from durable top casing and 16 mm or 25 mm wide aluminum slats, shaped with a 23-micron thickness by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine. To ensure the slats hang straight, a bottom rail made of steel and painted with electrostatic powder coating is attached. A control mechanism, called the “duck,” is installed in the top casing to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted to the blind height, is attached to the control mechanism. Using this rod, you can adjust the angle of the slats to control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed beside the control mechanism to raise and lower the blind. The cords passing through the locking mechanism allow the blind to be collected or released. When deciding the control direction, determine whether the control and lock mechanisms should be on the right or left side as you face the blind, since the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, potentially obstructing doors or windows.
