The aluminum Venetian blind is made from 16 mm or 25 mm wide aluminum slats, coated with electrostatic powder paint in emerald green, and shaped with a 23-micron thickness by a fully automatic blind machine. To ensure the slats hang straight, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint is installed. The top cassette is equipped with a control mechanism, called the “duck” mechanism, and a polycarbonate tilt rod is attached according to the height of the blind. Using this rod, you can adjust the angle of the slats to control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a lock mechanism is installed alongside the control system, allowing the blind to be raised or lowered via cords passing through it. When choosing the control direction, determine whether the mechanism will be on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is fully raised, which could interfere with opening doors or windows.
