The aluminum Venetian blind is made from 16 mm or 25 mm wide aluminum slats, coated with electrostatic powder paint. The slats are shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine to a thickness of 23 microns. For better alignment, the bottom rail is made of steel and also coated with electrostatic powder paint. The top rail houses a control mechanism called the “duck,” and a polycarbonate tilt rod is attached, adjusted to the height of the blind. Using the tilt rod, you can control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed beside the control mechanism, allowing the blind to be raised and lowered using cords. When choosing the control direction, determine whether the mechanisms are on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, potentially obstructing doors or windows.
