The aluminum Venetian blind is coated with gray-white electrostatic powder paint and treated to have a hammered texture. It is made from durable aluminum slats with a thickness of 23 microns, available in 16 mm and 25 mm widths, shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint is attached. The top rail includes a control mechanism, called the “duck” mechanism, to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted according to the height of the blind, is attached to the control mechanism. Using this rod, you can adjust the angle of the slats to control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a lock mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism to raise and lower the blind. Cords passing through the lock mechanism allow the blind to be raised or lowered. When choosing the control direction, you determine whether the control and lock mechanisms are on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, which may interfere with doors or windows.
