The aluminum Venetian blind is made of durable top casing painted with electrostatic powder coating and aluminum slats (16 mm or 25 mm wide) shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine. The slats pass through ladder cords attached to the top casing. To ensure proper alignment, a steel bottom rail coated with electrostatic powder is attached. A control mechanism, called the “duck,” is installed on the top casing to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted according to the blind height, allows you to control the light direction. Additionally, a cord lock mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism for raising and lowering the blind. The cord lock controls the up and down movement through cords. When deciding the control side, consider the blind from the front to determine whether the control and cord lock are on the right or left, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, potentially interfering with windows or doors.
