Description

Light Cream Perforated Aluminum Venetian Blind (Product Code: P101)

The aluminum Venetian blind is made of durable top casings painted light cream with electrostatic powder coating. The ladder cord passes through the casing, and the fully automatic Venetian blind machine shapes 23-micron-thick aluminum slats, available in 16 mm and 25 mm widths upon request. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder is attached.

A control mechanism called a “duck” is installed in the top casing to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted according to the blind’s height, is attached to this mechanism, allowing you to control the angle of the slats and adjust the light. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control system to raise and lower the blind via cords running through it.

When deciding the control side, determine whether the control and locking mechanisms are on the right or left when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, which could interfere with doors or windows.


Technical Specifications

The top and bottom rail thicknesses are standard for 16 mm and 25 mm slats. The casing height and width are 25 mm. The bottom rail is 11 mm high and 19 mm wide.
