The aluminum Venetian blind is made from aluminum slats coated with electrostatic powder paint in anodized gray on a durable top cassette. The slats are shaped with a fully automatic Venetian blind machine to a thickness of 23 microns and are available in 16 mm and 25 mm widths upon request. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint is attached.

A control mechanism called the “duck” is mounted on the top cassette to operate the Venetian blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted according to the blind’s height, is connected to the control mechanism. Using this rod, you can adjust the slats to control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control system, allowing the blind to be raised or lowered via cords running through it. When deciding the control direction, stand in front of the blind to determine whether the control and locking mechanisms should be on the right or left side. This is important because when the blind is raised, the tilt rod and cords remain exposed, which may interfere with doors or windows.
