The aluminum Venetian blind is manufactured from 23-micron-thick aluminum slats, shaped with a fully automatic Venetian blind machine, painted with electrostatic powder coating, and available in 16 mm and 25 mm widths upon request. A durable top casing holds the ladder cord, while a steel bottom rail, also electrostatically coated, ensures the slats hang evenly.

Inside the top casing, a control mechanism called a “duck” is installed to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted to the height of the blind, is attached to this mechanism, allowing you to control the angle of the slats and regulate the amount of light entering the room. Next to the control system, a locking mechanism is added to raise and lower the blind with cords that pass through it.

When choosing the control side, you must determine whether the control and locking mechanisms should be on the right or left when facing the blind. This prevents issues with doors or windows since the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised.
