The aluminum Venetian blind is made from aluminum slats, 16 mm or 25 mm wide upon request, coated with electrostatic powder paint. The slats are shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine to a thickness of 23 microns. A bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder is attached for better slat alignment. On the top rail, a control mechanism called the “duck” is installed to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted according to the height of the blind, is attached to the control mechanism. By using this rod, you can adjust the direction of your blind and control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed beside the control mechanism to facilitate raising and lowering the blind. The cords passing through the locking mechanism allow the blind to move up and down. When choosing the control side, you determine whether the control and locking mechanisms are on the right or left when facing the blind, since the tilt rod and cords will remain exposed when the blind is raised, which may interfere with doors or windows.
