In spring-operated blinds, fabric is wrapped around a 32 mm aluminum tube. A spring mechanism and caps are mounted at both ends of the tube. The spring is pre-tensioned and attached to the mounting rail, which is then installed on the wall or ceiling using roller blind brackets. The blind is pulled open with a cord, and when released slowly, the spring locks the blind at the desired height. To open the blind, pull slightly downward and release without pause, allowing the spring to roll the fabric up. If the spring weakens, it can be re-tensioned.

Motorized Roller Blind Parts

In motorized roller blinds, fabric is wrapped around a 45 mm aluminum tube. A tubular motor is mounted on one side, with a cap on the opposite side. After electrical connections are completed, the blind is operated up and down using a multi-channel remote control. Once installed, top and bottom stop limits are set, ensuring consistent operation.

Measuring Roller Blinds

When measuring roller blinds for installation above a window or door, extend 10 cm beyond the frame (A) on each side. For height (B), add 20 cm to allow fabric roll space.

When viewed from above, determine the installation spot carefully to avoid contact with window or door handles.	For inside-frame measurements, ensure wall straightness and take the narrowest point. Deduct 0.5 cm from both sides when ordering.	From a side view, consider door and window handles carefully to avoid interference. Limited space may prevent full opening. Roller Blind Installation

When installing roller blinds, ensure proper leveling. If the fabric rolls to one side, it is due to improper leveling.

After installing the brackets, attach the head mechanism as shown.	Press the spring-loaded pin on the opposite side into the bracket slot.	When installing two roller blinds side by side, use a connector bracket to minimize gaps.
