The aluminum Venetian blind is painted gray with an electrostatic powder coating and manufactured from durable top casings. The ladder cord passes through the casing, and the fully automatic Venetian blind machine gives an oval shape to the 23-micron-thick aluminum slats, available in 16 mm and 25 mm widths upon request. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and also coated with electrostatic powder is attached. A control mechanism called a “duck” is installed in the top casing to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted according to the blind’s height, is attached to this control mechanism. By using the rod, you can adjust the angle of the slats to control the amount of light. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism to raise and lower the blind. The cords running through the locking mechanism allow the blind to be drawn up or released. When deciding the control direction, you determine whether the control and locking mechanisms are on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, which could interfere with opening a door or window.
