The aluminum Venetian blind is painted in gray silver with electrostatic powder coating. It is manufactured from durable upper casing and 16 mm or 25 mm wide aluminum slats with a thickness of 23 microns, shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine passing through the ladder cords attached to the casing. To ensure the slats remain aligned, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder is installed. A control mechanism, known as the “duck,” is attached to the upper casing to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod, adjusted to the height of the blind, is attached to the control mechanism. Using this rod, you can direct your blind and control the amount of light entering the room.

Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism to raise and lower the blind. The cords passing through the lock enable the blind to be lifted or lowered. When selecting the control side, you determine whether the control and locking mechanisms are on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is fully raised, which may obstruct door or window operation.
