The aluminum Venetian blind is manufactured from durable upper rails coated with electrostatic powder paint, and aluminum slats of 23-micron thickness shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine through the ladder cord. Depending on preference, the slats are produced in 16 mm or 25 mm widths. To ensure smoother alignment, a lower rail made of steel and also coated with electrostatic powder paint is attached at the bottom.

A control mechanism, commonly referred to as the “duck,” is installed in the upper rail to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod of adjustable length is attached to this mechanism based on the blind’s height. Using this rod, you can control the direction of the blind and adjust the amount of light entering the room. Next to the control mechanism, a locking system is installed, allowing the blind to be raised and lowered with the cords running through it.

When selecting the control side of the blind, you decide whether the tilt rod and cord mechanism should be on the right or left when facing the blind. This is important, as the rod and cords remain visible when the blind is fully raised, which may interfere with the opening of doors or windows nearby.
