Compatible Systems

DPY0001 works with PVC, sheer, and fabric vertical blind systems that use aluminum profiles around 3 cm in height and 4.5 cm in width (high-profile). For profiles of different heights, a different headrail mechanism is required.

Installation Guide (Step by Step)

1. Close the blind; loosen the chain and cord.

2. Remove the old headrail mechanism from the profile.

3. Insert the new DPY0001 into the profile channel and secure it.

4. Guide the stacking cord through the channel and connect it to the carriers.

5. Place the tilt chain into the gear group and close both ends with a connector.

6. Rotate the slats and stack the blind to test movement; adjust cord–chain tension.
   💡 Tip: Avoid leaving burrs/dirt inside the profile; excessive lubrication may attract dust.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Chain not rotating: Check and clean the chain gear and chain.

• Difficult stacking: Inspect cord path and carrier tracks.

• Noisy operation: Check the profile and moving parts; apply very light lubrication if needed.
