The aluminum Venetian blind is coated with electrostatic powder paint to achieve a walnut wood appearance. It is made from durable aluminum slats, 16 mm or 25 mm wide, with a thickness of 23 microns, shaped by a fully automatic Venetian blind machine passing through the ladder cords attached to the sturdy top rail. To ensure the slats hang evenly, a bottom rail made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint is attached. The top rail includes a control mechanism, called a “duck,” to operate the blind. A polycarbonate tilt rod of appropriate length is connected to the control mechanism, allowing you to adjust the direction of the slats and control the amount of light entering the room. Additionally, a locking mechanism is installed next to the control mechanism, through which cords run to raise and lower the blind. When choosing the control side, determine whether the control and lock mechanisms will be on the right or left side when facing the blind, as the tilt rod and cords remain exposed when the blind is raised, potentially interfering with doors or windows.
